Custom Personalized Orders
For personalized products, production begins after we receive your photos or artwork. Please email
all required images to Betty@TheBWord.shop. Once all required images have been received,
your order will be created and shipped within 3 business days.
Ready-Made Designs
If you choose one of our ready-made designs, your order will be created and shipped within 3
business days of your completed purchase. No waiting period for customer images is required.
Order Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping address, personalization details, and uploaded images are correct
before submitting your order. Delays caused by missing information or incorrect details may affect
processing times.
Shipping Confirmation
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can
follow your package.
Delivery
Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Once a package has been shipped,
transit times are outside our control.
